In January 2004, Eric Osthoff and Steven Cantrell met with secondary mathematics teachers and coaches to discuss the impact of several key elements of the District Mathematics Plan. This report represents a form of technical assistance brought to bear by SCALE to expedite the collection and analysis of information needed by the LAUSD Math Planning Group as it works to optimize guidance and support for improving mathematics teaching and learning for all LAUSD teachers and students.
