...the LAUSD RET Case Study has focused on efforts by SCALE partners from the IfL to facilitate and guide the LAUSD Math Planning Group (MPG). The MPG, which consists primarily of administrators and mathematics instructional support staff from LAUSD central and local districts, is charged with implementing instructional guidance policies intended to encourage rigorous and equitable mathematics teaching and learning as envisioned by district policy-makers.
