The National Advisory Board (NAB) meeting convened at the Monona Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin on November 6, 2003. The goals of the NAB meeting were to: 1) present the NAB with an overview of SCALE goals and Year One highlights, and present the Year Two Implementation Plan in order to obtain NAB feedback on goals and strategies; and 2) brainstorm with national experts to identify possible new strategies or resources that could further SCALE goals.
