On January 28, 2004 all SCALE districts attending the two-day Disciplinary Literacy (DL) Institute Mathematics and Science Conference in Springfield, Massachusetts will meet for a special one and a half hour review and discussion on the SCALE project. Led by Institute for Learning math/science SCALE experts, the session will help uncover the ways in which math and science experts from the districts are already incorporating SCALE initiatives in their work and how SCALE resources can be used to under gird those efforts.
The session takes advantage of the fact that there will be math and science representatives from all four scale districts at the DL Institutes.
