Submitted on September 17, 2006 - 12:38pm Exploring the Nanoworld at the Materials Research Science and Engineering Center (MRSEC) works to 1) enhance understanding of college level science and engineering by creating and disseminating new instructional materials, and 2) enhance public appreciation of science and engineering by providing information in a way that novice learners can appreciate.

ICE assists teachers revitalize science in schools throughout the United States by helping to create new materials for teaching and learning, developing demonstrations and hands-on activities, and disseminating exemplary ideas via publications and kits.
